After 30 days
- You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and is not renewed.
- We do not refund part-used months or years, except where these Terms or the law say otherwise (for example if we remove a major paid feature, or add a sub-processor you object to).
- Removing seats lowers your next bill; it does not refund the current period.

Open a ticket under Help & feedback in the web app (category: Billing), or email support@[your-domain] from the account owner's email. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
