SYRIEL AI helps people reply faster and better. It is not a tool for spam or abuse. Using SYRIEL AI means you and your users agree not to:
- Send bulk, broadcast or unsolicited messages, or use SYRIEL AI with any tool that sends messages automatically.
- Break the terms or policies of any messaging platform you use SYRIEL AI with.
- Harass, threaten, deceive or defraud anyone, or impersonate a person or organization.
- Collect or process people's personal data without a lawful basis, or use SYRIEL AI to profile or monitor people.
- Create or send illegal content, including content that exploits children, promotes violence, or infringes others' rights.
- Give regulated advice (medical, legal, financial) generated by AI without qualified human review.
- Try to access other customers' data, reverse engineer SYRIEL AI, get around plan limits or security, or overload the service.
- Resell or share accounts outside your company without our written agreement.
If we see a breach of this policy we may warn you, pause the affected users, or close the account, depending on how serious it is. Report abuse to support@[your-domain].
